This is not caused by the Korg USB-MIDI Driver. This is why the device itself is not recognized even if it is powered from the USB port. The reason why you cannot use more than 10 MIDI devices is due to the specification of the Windows Driver.Įven if you use the same device, every time you change the USB port, the Driver will be installed and counted towards the 10 device limit. Here is the reply from Korg, it seems they are confused about the ability of Windows 10 to host more than 100 USB MIDI device ports.
